The full monument is built from a very precious and expensive marble which is called Makrana marble. Taj Mahal is also counted among the world heritage sites declared by UNESCO. This monument is a blend of Indian, Persian and Islamic architecture.

This is a monument of Mughal architecture. This building is a symbol of love and devotion. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan made it with the help of around twenty thousand workers.
