Mother nature has designed everything in perfection. The day is meant for work and the night is meant for to take rest and sleep. Decades ago, people tend to go to bed early and wake up early in the morning. But nowadays this trend is declining. Most people go to bed late and wake up late in the morning.

This disturbs our body’s natural clock which is not a good thing. Hence, early rising is the best practice one must adopt in his life. Once you start early rising, you will develop a habit of going to bed early. This one habit can make your life full of joy as it offers several benefits.

First, early rising gives you more time for the day which helps you in time management. Having more time enhances your productivity. Second, there are no distractions and disturbances which helps you work or study with intense focus.

Third, you can get the best form of oxygen if you go for a walk in an open place, which will help you get better health. Four, you become creative and think clearly. Yes! the busy schedule doesn’t spare time for thinking about anything different but this extra time allows you to be creative and think clearly.

When you get up early in the morning, you get extra time for the day. You can use this time in various ways. If you are a student, you can study this time because there are no distractions this time. If you are an employee, you can go for a walk or exercise because you don’t find time for your health in your busy schedule.

Furthermore, you can pursue one or some of your favourite hobbies such as writing, reading, dancing, any sports, drawing etc. Once you start pursuing your hobbies, you feel happy which drives good mental health.

Most importantly, when you start rising early, you also develop going to bed early. This way you align with your body’s natural clock. Hence, you get quality sleep which helps in getting healthy skin and hair. You glow naturally without any cosmetics.

If you don’t have to do anything, you must go for a walk after waking up. The air quality of this time gives you the purest form of oxygen. Other than this you can see the beautiful scenery of nature and sunrise. You can listen to birds chirping. Moreover, this time offers the best environment for meditation.

One, find a reason to motivate yourself to wake up early in the morning. Two, Take the help of an alarm clock. Three, create a reward model and reward yourself after completing the task.
